Can I form a company if I do not live in that country?
Eligibility and local requirements depend on the jurisdiction, company structure and your circumstances. Contact us with your country of residence so we can confirm applicable options before you proceed.
How long does formation take?
Processing times vary by registry, application completeness and any tax identification steps. We confirm current estimates for your case before you proceed; external authorities control their own processing times.
What is not included in the USA Starter fee?
Wyoming government filing fees, annual filings, renewals after the first year, bank-account setup guidance, CPA tax filing and optional services are excluded. We confirm additional charges before you order.
Will you help me open a business bank account?
Bank-account setup guidance is not included in the USA Starter package. Banks independently decide whether to open an account.
Is BOI filing included?
Filing assistance is available only if current law requires a report and you are eligible. As of October 15, 2026, FinCEN guidance generally exempts U.S.-created entities. We confirm the rules before collecting any BOI information.
Do I need to pay before I get a quote?
